What We’re Looking For ️ Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer ️ Strong background in API & backend development ️ Solid object-oriented design & scalable architecture skills ️ Experience working across the full stack in production ️ Leadership experience - mentoring, managing, growing engineers ️ Confident making technical decisions & trade-offs Nice to Have Experience with Golang (or strong desire to move into it) Legacy system modernisation / migration Kubernetes / cloud-native experience High-throughput, data-heavy systems Experience in regulated domains (e.g. healthcare)
