Job description

The Foundry Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications within Palantir Foundry, integrating diverse data sources and delivering advanced analytics capabilities in support of the Army mission. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and Army stakeholders to build scalable solutions that turn data into actionable insight for decision-makers. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Palantir Foundry platform.
  • Build and manage data pipelines that integrate diverse Army and DoD data sources into the Foundry ontology.
  • Design and implement dashboards and user interfaces that visualize data and surface actionable insights.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability as data volume and user demand grow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, pipeline, and integration issues across the Foundry stack.
  • Provide training and technical support to end users to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an active DoD Secret clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of an active Secret clearance will not be considered.
  • Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience is essential.
  • 3+ years of application development experience, preferably on the Foundry platform.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and integration/ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
