Systems Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Engineer to lead and manage the integration of various enterprise systems, including Monday.com, Oracle NetSuite, and 2020 Insight (SQL-based). This role requires a deep understanding of these platforms, the ability to design seamless workflows, and technical expertise in integration tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to ensure systems communicate effectively, enabling efficient data flow and operational excellence., + Integration Design and Implementation

• Develop, implement, and manage integration workflows between Monday.com, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and 2020 Insight.

• Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across all platforms using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.

• Technical Oversight

• Configure and manage integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or other platforms).

• Leverage expertise in SQL databases to support and optimize 2020 Insight integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability and performance.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with business teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor integrations for errors and inefficiencies and implement necessary optimizations.

• Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity and system compatibility.

• Documentation and Training

• Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and processes.

• Provide training and support to internal teams on new integration processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in system integrations or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and SQL-based systems (e.g., 2020 Insight).

• Proven track record of managing integrations in enterprise environments.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.

• Proficiency in SQL for database management and query optimization.

• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).

• Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Zapier, or custom middleware.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management and integration architecture.

• Knowledge of ERP systems or manufacturing software.

• Certifications in NetSuite or ERP integration platforms
