Job description
The HRIS Project Manager leads strategic HRIS initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR functional needs and the Group’s technology ecosystem.
He/She leverages existing and emerging technologies, including AI, to design and deliver user-centric, intuitive, and high-value solutions that enhance HR operational efficiency.
He/She drives key functional enhancements and high-impact developments, contributing to the continuous improvement of Sonepeople and the deployment of complementary HRIS solutions, particularly in Workforce Strategy and Workforce Planning.
Main responsibilities :
- Lead the delivery of key functional enhancements of Sonepeople in collaboration with the HRIS team, IT, Legal, and the system integrator, as well as high value-added Core HR projects (scoping, project management - cost and timeline control, deployment, communication, documentation, etc.).
- Drive the implementation and rollout of HRIS solutions, including major SuccessFactors functionalities and other Group HRIS tools.
- Gather, analyze, and structure HR business requirements in close collaboration with Corporate teams and local entities.
- Design, organize, and facilitate functional workshops.
- Promote a strong user experience (UX) approach, ensuring solutions are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with HR operational needs.
- Build and lead HR communities of practice on Core HR topics, in close partnership with the HR Data Lead.
- Ensure functional consistency across HR processes, user practices, data, and deployed HRIS solutions.
- Collaborate with external partners, including OPCOs, where relevant, to support compliance and optimize training and development initiatives linked to HRIS evolution., The role - Your daily activities will be interesting, stimulating and varied… No two days are alike!
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Strong expertise in HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors), including Core HR processes and system configuration principles
- Solid understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, workforce planning, data governance) and their impact on HR data
- Good knowledge of HR IT architectures, including integrations, interfaces, and data flows
- Proven experience in managing HRIS projects, from scoping to deployment (budget, timeline, risks, stakeholders)
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Strong focus on user experience (UX) and adoption, ensuring intuitive and value-added solutions
