Senior UX/UI Designer

At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent and inspiring., * Lead the design of key product experiences across cozycozy’s platforms with a strong hands-on approach.

• Stay updated on industry trends, user experience best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our product design.

1. UI Design & Design Systems

• Create high-quality wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of cozycozy’s design system.
• Elevate the visual quality and usability of the product while maintaining simplicity and clarity.

1. Experimentation & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate on A/B testing initiatives to optimize user engagement and conversion.
• Translate hypotheses and product objectives into measurable UX/UI improvements.
• Iterate quickly based on performance data, user feedback and business impact.

1. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams in an agile environment.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute actively to product discovery and ideation phases.

1. Brand & Experience Consistency

• Ensure a coherent and premium experience across web, mobile app, CRM and marketing touchpoints.
• Help strengthen cozycozy’s visual identity through thoughtful and scalable design decisions., You will work closely with founders and fellow engineers in impact-led small teams.

Do you have experience in UX?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, This is a hands-on product design role focused on improving the quality, usability and consistency of cozycozy’s user experience across web, mobile and app. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, a keen eye for detail, and a track record of leading successful design projects., * You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and branding.

• You have strong experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in tech, marketplace, travel or e-commerce environments.
• You have successfully led end-to-end design projects from discovery to delivery.

• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments is a plus.

• Skills:
• Strong mastery of Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design and user-centered methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging designs.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Qualities:
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and autonomous.
• Detail-oriented and user obsessed.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Education:
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
