Job description

This is a technical role sitting at the intersection of product and customer deployments within a fast-growing AI voice/phone automation SaaS startup based in Vienna, Austria. • Implement integrations to third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and common services (CRM, calendar, ticketing, payments).
  • Develop small-to-medium features and glue code to map customer use cases to production systems, including tests, monitoring, and logging.
  • Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data, and deploy rapid fixes under production conditions.
  • Create reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and best practices to make setups scalable and repeatable.
  • Maintain a fast feedback loop into product by surfacing pain points, feature gaps, and recurring patterns with concrete recommendations.
  • Work across AI logic, integrations, and cloud/infra topics within a small, high-velocity team.

Requirements

Do you have a Master’s degree?, * 3+ years working in deployment engineering delivering production AI integrations and automation workflows.

  • Proven experience with AI/LLM-based systems: prompting, tool use, RAG/knowledge retrieval, evaluation, and handling failure modes.
  • Hands-on experience implementing integrations (APIs, webhooks) and common auth patterns (OAuth, API keys).
  • Strong coding skills to implement glue code and features, plus testing, monitoring, and logging experience.
  • Workflow-oriented thinking to design robust, testable flows and deployment standards.
  • Basic cloud deployment and observability experience for debugging in production.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset - ship fast and iterate.
