Job description

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, families, board of directors and colleagues through personalised engagement and effective communication.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, utilising online platforms to collate certificates and documentation
  • Effectively manage the day to day running of the building, leasing with contractor’s and seeking quotations
  • Ensure budgets are adhered to
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

Do you have experience in Office experience?, Are you looking for an interesting part-time role where you can use your administration and people skills? Darwin Manor is a 32-apartment retirement development situated in Great Cambourne. Facilities include: owners lounge and kitchen, communal gardens, lifts, guest suite and on-site parking. Kingsdale are seeking to appoint a self-motivated, resilient manager who will manage building services, H & S, administration and deliver quality customer care., * Proven administrative skills, being able to competently use email, Microsoft word, excel and online platforms

  • A high level of communication skills, previous experience in hospitality or management would suit this role
  • Ability to deal with an ever changing environment
  • A good understanding of health and safety procedures and finance

The successful candidate needs to be well organised, have sound administrative and IT skills, be a good communicator and interested in people. The position is subject to a DBS check.
