Job description
Are you highly organised, customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Waterside Holiday Group is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join our busy Maintenance Team.
This is a key role supporting the smooth running of maintenance operations across our parks. You’ll be responsible for coordinating maintenance works, managing compliance schedules, liaising with holiday home owners, contractors and internal departments, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and allocating maintenance work to the most appropriate team members.
- Coordinating annual compliance checks including Gas Safety, Electrical Testing, PAT Testing and Fire Extinguisher servicing.
- Managing maintenance requests from initial logging through to completion and customer communication.
- Working closely with Lettings to ensure holiday homes remain compliant and up to date.
- Monitoring outstanding jobs and driving timely completion of maintenance work.
- Liaising with holiday home owners regarding repairs, manufacturer visits and chargeable works.
- Supporting the administration of winterisation services, drain downs and safety inspections.
- Coordinating with manufacturers, contractors and suppliers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Ordering parts and maintaining stock levels for commonly used maintenance items.
- Supporting fleet, building maintenance and funfair compliance administration.
Requirements
We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual who:
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Delivers outstanding customer service and builds positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Has strong administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- Is confident prioritising multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Works accurately and pays close attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Has previous administration or coordination experience.
- Previous experience within a holiday park, maintenance or facilities environment would be advantageous but is not essential., If you’re organised, customer-focused and enjoy coordinating a varied workload, we’d love to hear from you.
