Job description

Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for healthcare clients
Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives on AI adoption and digital innovation
Lead presales activities including opportunity shaping and business case development
Facilitate workshops to translate healthcare challenges into actionable AI use cases
Drive enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-value opportunities and leading change management
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy agentic and multi-agent solutions at scale
Maintain hands-on expertise in large language models, multi-agent orchestration and leading AI platforms
Ensure compliance, scalability and security for enterprise AI deployments in regulated healthcare environments
Mentor client and EPAM teams to build AI capabilities and workforce transformation skills
Monitor trends and evangelize best practices to position EPAM as a thought leader in applied AI for healthcare, * Life & Private medical insurance (50% of monthly cost covered by EPAM, including dental and vision insurance)

Requirements

10+ years in healthcare with experience leading business transformation or technology-driven innovation
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy, interoperability and payer-provider models
Proven experience advising senior executives on AI adoption and driving organizational change
Applied expertise with AI including large language models, multi-agent systems and RAG frameworks
Familiarity with leading AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft AI) and major hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Ability to build business cases and originate AI-led transformation programs through presales activities
Track record of leading global cross-functional teams in complex, highly regulated environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
Ability to travel as required
