Job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Deployment Technician to join our team. As the IT Deployment Technician, you will support the deployment of hardware, software, and peripherals. You will also handle all IT support requests and assist colleagues with their IT needs. Your role is vital to the smooth operation of our company and allowing us to reach our business goals. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. This position will require 100% travel to client sites. Responsibilities

  • Support company-wide IT infrastructure projects, including new hardware deployments, breaking down and rebuilding of PCs and peripherals, and imaging of net-new machines.
  • Deploys new hardware to end-users while ensuring appropriate user settings and user satisfaction.
  • Perform hardware upgrades (memory installs, hard drive upgrades) as required.
  • Install and configure software.
  • Complete assigned tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provide great customer service and display utmost professionalism to everyone on-site.
  • Experience with effective cable management and installation techniques for infrastructure technology.
  • Windows systems & data migration.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Previous experience as an IT Technician is preferred. Healthcare Experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Moderate lifting/carrying up to 50lbs.; heavier weights with assistance.

  • Sitting & standing for long periods of time.

  • Repetitive motions and/or prolonged computer use.

  • Working at a fast pace, subject to many interruptions, physical/mental demands
