Senior UKG Pro Boomi Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UKG Pro Boomi Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations between UKG Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions/Kronos), HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dell Boomi Atmosphere, UKG APIs, middleware integration patterns, and cloud-based integration architecture. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, HRIS teams, payroll teams, and technical architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations., Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere. Build and support integrations between UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions/Kronos) and external systems. Develop API-based, file-based, and event-driven integrations. Create data mappings, transformation logic, and workflow orchestration processes. Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. Develop reusable integration components and best practices. Monitor production integrations and provide ongoing support. Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, mappings, and deployment procedures. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on integration projects.

Do you have experience in Web services design?, Required Qualifications7+ years of overall integration development experience.4+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi development experience.3+ years of UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions/Kronos) integration experience. Strong experience with: Dell Boomi AtomSphere REST APIs SOAP Web Services JSONXMLSQLSFTP/File Integrations Experience building real-time and batch integrations. Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware architecture. Experience with error handling, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
