UKG Integrations Developer

IBM is seeking a highly experienced Sr. UKG Integrations Developer with deep expertise in UKG/Kronos platforms and Dell Boomi integration development. This is a critical client-facing role supporting General Motors, requiring a strong blend of technical architecture, integration leadership, and HR functional knowledge., The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex enterprise integrations between UKG and other HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management platforms., * Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.

• Understand employee lifecycle events and downstream system impacts.
• Support HR stakeholders and functional teams.
• Understand compliance, pay rules, and workforce management processes., * Lead architecture discussions and define integration strategy.
• Design and implement UKG integrations using Dell Boomi.
• Create integration specifications and data mapping documentation.
• Develop reusable and scalable integration frameworks.
• Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Mentor junior integration team members.

• 10+ years of UKG/Kronos implementation and integration experience.
• Strong expertise in UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and/or Workforce Central (WFC).
• Experience managing the complete integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Hands-on experience integrating HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and Benefits systems.
• Experience working within complex HR technology ecosystems including Workday, SAP, Oracle, and third-party vendors.

Dell Boomi Expertise (Required)

• Dell Boomi AtomSphere development experience.
• Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification (Mandatory).
• Process design and development.
• API integrations and connector configuration.
• Error handling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Real-time and batch integration development.
• Event-driven architecture experience.
