Job description

Lead architecture discussions and define enterprise integration strategies
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UKG integrations using Dell Boomi
Build REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and SFTP/file-based integrations
Create integration specifications, data mapping documents, and error-handling frameworks
Collaborate with HR functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Perform unit, system, and integration testing and provide production support
Ensure data integrity, security compliance, scalability, and reusable architecture
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

Requirements

10+ years of UKG/Kronos implementation & integration experience
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (WFC)
Experience implementing enterprise HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits integrations
Experience integrating with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and third-party HR systems

Technical Skills

Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) - Professional Developer Certification Required
Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, CSV, Flat Files, SFTP
Experience designing real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations
UKG Integration Hub, Dataviews, APIs, and Interfaces
Data mapping, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization Functional Expertise
Core HR
Payroll
Time & Labor / Workforce Management
Absence Management
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle events and downstream integrations
