UX Designer - Okta Dashboard Transformation

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the redesign and optimization of the Okta End-User Dashboard for a large enterprise environment. This high-visibility role will focus on improving application discoverability, self-service adoption, and overall user experience for employees and contractors., * Assess and redesign the Okta End-User Dashboard experience

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability assessments
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and future-state dashboard designs
• Define dashboard structure, navigation, and design standards
• Collaborate with IAM teams, Okta administrators, and business stakeholders
• Drive adoption of modern UX principles across enterprise identity platforms

Do you have experience in User research for product design?, * 3+ years of UX/UI Design experience

• Experience designing enterprise portals, SaaS platforms, or employee-facing applications
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills, * Do you have experience working with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Okta?, * UX/UI design: 3 years (Required)
