Data Processing Specialist

As a Data Processing Specialist, you are the backbone of our sales and service operations. Your primary mission is to ensure that every new customer agreement is processed with 100% accuracy. You will serve as a critical bridge between our sales team and our service technicians, ensuring that contracts, payments, and data are handled with precision., * Sales Entry & Verification: Review and process new sales entries by verifying contract accuracy, ensuring payment terms are correct, and validating finance terms.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct or review post-sale surveys as required to ensure customer satisfaction and data integrity.
• Financial Processing: Accurately process payments for existing customers and reconcile account balances.
• Data Management: Update and maintain customer records to reflect current account status, ensuring our field teams have the most up-to-date information.
• Digital Archiving: Image and upload physical or digital paperwork into our customer resource databases for long-term record-keeping.

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Tech Savvy: Ability to work efficiently on a computer and navigate multiple database systems simultaneously.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner with both internal team members and customers.
• Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy in data entry and a “eagle eye” for spotting discrepancies in legal or financial documents.
