Job description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Marketing & IT Coordinator to support both our technology operations and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for providing technical support to employees, maintaining company devices and software systems, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting marketing, recruiting, branding, and communication efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems while also contributing to company growth through creative marketing and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Systems Support

  • Provide technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, software, and company systems
  • Set up and maintain employee accounts, devices, software licenses, and system access
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding related to technology and equipment
  • Maintain technology inventory, documentation, and software records
  • Assist employees with Google Workspace, Procore, Housecall Pro, and other company systems

Marketing & Communications

  • Create and schedule content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
  • Assist with website updates and online reputation management
  • Develop recruiting advertisements and employment branding materials
  • Create marketing materials, graphics, flyers, presentations, and company communications
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels

Operational Support

  • Work closely with Human Resources and Operations to support company initiatives
  • Assist with process improvement projects and operational efficiency efforts
  • Support employee communications, company events, and recruiting campaigns

Requirements

Do you have experience in Website management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, A Degree Above is a growing HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical trades company committed to operational excellence, reliability, and strong internal support.   • At Least 2 Years of Higher Education preferred (Associates or Bachelor’s Degree)
  • 1-3 years of IT support, helpdesk, administrative, marketing, or related experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with Windows computers, Android/iOS devices, and common business software
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Procore, Housecall Pro, Canva, and social media platforms preferred
  • Experience in HVAC, construction, trades, or service-based industries is a plus
