IT Specialist

• Support and troubleshoot operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Develop, test, and deploy applications using programming languages such as Java and Python, adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver scalable solutions efficiently.
• Design and implement APIs for seamless integration between various software systems and services.
• Oversee DevOps practices to automate deployment pipelines, monitor system health, and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and security protocols to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with a strong foundation in IT principles.

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in diverse environments.
• Proficiency with operating systems including Windows, Linux, AWS cloud services, and Azure platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java and Python.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, Agile development practices, and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of databases like Oracle or similar relational database management systems is preferred.
