Job description

This student job offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the setup and maintenance of hardware and the meticulous analysis of software tests, all within the dynamic field of automotive infotainment systems. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical hardware components, contributing directly to the quality of in-car software. Your role will involve hands-on tasks related to hardware upkeep, troubleshooting, and preparing test environments. Additionally, you’ll develop analytical skills by performing detailed test analyses, identifying issues, and documenting findings to improve system functionality. Requirements

Do you have experience in Scripting?, * You continue your master studies (or equivalent) in electronic/embedded engineering, automotive engineering, computerscienceor a comparable field

  • It is mandatory to be enrolled in a university for the whole duration of the employment/internship

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding ofQA in atesting workflow,e.g.creation of bugs

  • First experience in testing software and/or hardware testing, ideally embedded software
  • Experience with X-Ray or other Test Management tools
  • Scripting Knowledge in Python/C or C++ (CAPL is a plus)
  • Open-Source Background is a plus
  • Driving permission in Germany is a plus
