Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Hazlegrove Prep is seeking a full-time ICT Technician to join our successful department, providing a proactive and highly efficient IT support service within a friendly and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience, develop their technical skills, and build a rewarding career in ICT., We are looking for a flexible and motivated IT professional with excellent communication skills and a calm, confident, positive, and supportive approach. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. While an IT qualification would be advantageous, a willingness to learn and develop is considered equally important.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Good working knowledge of both Windows and Apple ecosystems
- Sound understanding of networking principles
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively to user needs
