ICT Technician (Full-Time)

The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. While an IT qualification would be advantageous, a willingness to learn and develop is considered equally important.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Good working knowledge of both Windows and Apple ecosystems
• Sound understanding of networking principles
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively to user needs
