IT Field Technician

We are looking for a Junior AV/IT Field Technician to join our team on a full-time, site-based basis. This role is open to candidates with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in an AV, IT support, or related technical field. You will be responsible for installing AV and IT equipment on client sites to a professional standard, running and terminating HDMI, LAN (Cat5e/Cat6), and power cabling, testing all installed equipment thoroughly before handover, and documenting your work with clear site photographs and completed job records. You must be comfortable working in live, occupied environments such as offices and commercial buildings, follow instructions from senior technicians accurately, and escalate technical issues promptly to remote support rather than improvising. A basic understanding of networking principles (IP addressing, switches, LAN/WAN) is required, and a full UK driving licence is preferred. Pay: £24,420.00-£41,541.92 per year
