TELECOMMUTE Program Manager - Enterprise Systems Operations, Governance & Transition

The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing system operations, maintenance activities, governance processes, reporting, and transition planning for a mission-critical enterprise application operating in a regulated federal environment.

This role ensures coordinated execution across technical teams, stakeholders, and system owners while maintaining structured schedules, reporting, and compliance with governance and reporting requirements., * Coordinate system maintenance activities between developers, system owners, and stakeholders.

• Adapt to and support evolving change control and governance processes.
• Provide resource-loaded Microsoft Project schedules and cost analysis prior to work execution.
• Assist in tracking transition-related risks, issues, dependencies, and schedules.
• Provide support for project analysis, task tracking, and coordination across teams.
• Maintain schedules, issue tracking, and status reporting for system changes and impacts.
• Support coordination of interconnecting system change notifications and release timing impacts.
• Update and maintain interconnection agreements (MOUs and ISAs) as required.
• Provide project management support for security and compliance activities (including ATO-related support where applicable).
• Provide coordination support for AO/CCB briefings and governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Monthly Letter Status Report (MLSR) and reporting requirements.
• Support delivery reporting including deliverables, risks, personnel, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of program or project management experience in IT environments.
• Experience managing schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with structured governance, change control, and SDLC environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience supporting federal or highly regulated IT programs.
• Experience managing enterprise application sustainment or transition efforts.
• Experience coordinating multi-system integrations and dependencies.
