Job description

  • Participate in application design, validation, and advanced design sessions within assigned area.
  • Design/implement future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze needs then translate these into system design.
  • Design, build, and validate the application to conform to desired workflows.
  • Participate in Epic testing as developed and directed by the team; document test results.
  • Support end-users onsite during go-live events, provide on-call support to end-users on a scheduled basis.
  • Maintain system documentation to enable ongoing support of the system.
  • Review/test new builds and releases prior to implementation in the production environment.
  • Identify potential system enhancement need.
  • Special Job Dimensions: Ability to travel as required for Epic training.
  • Ability to travel to remote work sites as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or PharmD

  • Epic Beacon, Epic Willow Certification
  • 2-3+ years relevant Epic Analyst experience
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows (oncology preferred)
  • Experience with build, optimization, and support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, * Integrity, passion, and ethics are required
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills
  • Has strong analytic and problem-solving abilities and techniques
  • Exhibit consistent initiative with strong drive for results and success
  • Demonstrate commitment to a team environment?

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time. Feeling is required over 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time. The ability to travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time. WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations.
