Job description

The Cloud Engineer I will participate in the management of cloud-based workloads. The ideal candidate will have basic understanding of cloud services, and, under the direction of senior team members, assist in deploying and managing workloads into various cloud platforms. Responsibilities: Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the workload being migrated and deployed to the cloud. Automate tasks and processes. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, reliability, and security. Incorporate security requirements into workload implementations. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, security, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure. Maintain environment documentation and runbooks. Maintain and implement business continuity policies for cloud workloads. Maintain regular, predictable attendance. This list of essential functions is non-exhaustive and may be supplemented, as necessary. Other Responsibilities Provide support for projects related to the area of expertise. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs. Demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude toward company and department goals. Actively support collaboration with business units. Manage relationships within the business that promote great customer service and support the organization. Apply the KFB corporate guiding principles of connectivity, championing people, customer service, and operational excellence in daily work and decision-making. Job Specifications Physical demands: Normal vision/hearing with or without correction; Reading; Speaking; Driving a car. Mental demands: Analytical reasoning; Prolonged concentration; Critical thinking; Ability to perform under stress; Influence management; Conflict resolution. Environmental factors: Data Center and Standard office lighting, temperature, and noise. Equipment: Keyboard; Telephone; Calculator; Automobile.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Programming languages?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience. 0-2 years of related experience. Azure Experience a plus. Cloud Certifications a plus. Ability to write and maintain scripts using languages such as Python and PowerShell. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
