Engineer, AI Platforms and Solutions

• Work on enterprise-scale AI powered search and retrieval systems supporting various downstream applications and agents.
• Design and improve end-to-end pipelines (ingestion embedding indexing retrieval) with objective evaluation and test harnesses
• Develop and integrate APIs/services/MCP/agent-tools to expose ML/AI capabilities
• Improve retrieval relevance, chunking strategies, and embedding quality
• Evaluate and debug search quality issues, hallucinations, and grounding failures
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to deliver production-grade enterprise features

Do you have experience in Search engines?, * Strong Python and Rust skills for data processing and application development

• Experience with Search systems (Lexical, Semantic)
• Understanding of ML fundamentals and NLP/embeddings
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems and LLM-based applications
• Experience building AI applications (including Agentic AI workflows)
• Experience with API/service development (REST)
• Solid understanding of Agentic frameworks (LangChain, Agno, etc.,), * Tracing/observability tools for LLM systems
• Experience with Elasticsearch / vector search
• Docker / Kubernetes exposure
• Multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
