Buildertrend Custom Home Design Selection Liaison

The Buildertrend Custom Home Design Center Liaison serves as the key connection between clients, the design team, and the construction team throughout the custom homebuilding process. This role ensures that each client’s aesthetic vision is translated into clear, actionable design selections that align with budget, schedule, and build requirements. The ideal candidate has strong Buildertrend Selections experience combined with strong design sensibilities with exceptional communication, organization, and customer-experience skills.

Client Experience & Design Guidance

• Guide clients through the full interior selections process on Buildertrend, including finishes, fixtures, materials, and color palettes.
• Help clients clarify their design vision and provide recommendations aligned with their style and budget.
• Host and coordinate design meetings, showroom visits, selection appointments and vendor meetings.

• Background in interior design, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with SketchUp and Autocad is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Requires experience with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing work demands in a fast-paced construction environment.
