1. Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

2. Respond to emergencies or after-hours service calls when required.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Valid driver’s license.

3. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

4. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various physical environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces).
