Job description

  1. Research Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain organizational IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and computing environments supporting scientific research operations.

  2. Data Integration & Custom Automation: Develop scripts and automated tools using Python, R, or MATLAB to support data processing, integration, and workflow automation across laboratory computing systems.

  3. Scientific Data Support: Support research computing workflows by performing data cleaning, transformation, and visualization using analytical tools.

  4. Cybersecurity & Date Protection: Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, access controls, and monitoring tools to protect research computing systems and data.

  5. Research Technical Consultation: Collaborate with researchers to analyze computing requirements, recommend IT system improvements, and provide technical solutions that enhance research productivity.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field.
