Systems Administrator

• Setup, manage, and oversee all IT hardware and software aspects of On Site Personnel Group Inc
• Assign information assets and resources to users
• Oversee and validate data migration of cloud and software databases
• Administer IT procurement of IT hardware and software
• Follow up with software and IT vendors for M365, QuickBooks, RightWorks, Avionte, GreenShades, GoDaddy, ADP, Coupa
• Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors
• Conduct cyber security risk mitigation and cyber security incident responses; develop and implement Information System Contingency Plan using NIST SP 800-34
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues for all team members
• Develop on-demand in-house data analytics and business intelligence solutions using Python and Power Query, transforming unstructured data into structured data
• Convert data between different structures
• Orient new team members and develop training material
• Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science or Information Technology or Analytics or Computer Information Systems

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration
