Requirements

o 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field

o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

o Technical savviness, with experience in HR systems, including Workday, ADP, and other HR-related platforms

o Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy

o Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools o Bachelor’s degree in a related field (strongly preferred)

Skills Preferred o Proficiency in PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, or other HR systems

o Experience with data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software

o Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA

o Ability to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactions

Experience Required 2+ years processing data transactions

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
