Job description
Systems Administrator to support our employees, technology systems, and daily operations within the Microsoft environment. This role is responsible for user account administration, device management, application support, access control, asset tracking, and end-user troubleshooting., · Assist with new user onboarding, employee transfers, and terminations, including accounts, access, permissions, and equipment.
· Configure, assign, manage, and troubleshoot company devices, computers, peripherals, and related equipment.
· Support and maintain business systems, applications, and operational processes; recommend improvements when applicable.
· Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, access, groups, and related services.
· Manage user roles and permissions across company programs, platforms, and business applications.
· Help maintain data security, access control, and data accuracy by following company policies and best practices.
· Maintain and track IT equipment inventory, asset records, assignments, returns, and lifecycle updates.
· Provide end-user support for staff, troubleshooting, and training for hardware, software, systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or service providers as needed to resolve technical issues.
· Assist with data licensing distribution for a proprietary data system
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software support?, · Experience providing IT support, help desk support, systems support, or a similar technology support function.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and common productivity applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
· Basic understanding of user account management, access control, permissions, and device support.
Preferred Experience
· Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SuperOps.
· Experience supporting endpoint management, device enrollment, compliance policies, or remote device administration.
· Experience with Azure or AWS is a plus but not required.
· Familiarity with IT security best practices, data protection, and access review processes.
