Job description

  • Lead SAFe transformation across multiple Agile teams.
  • Set up Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and team structures.
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineering teams.
  • Facilitate PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
  • Improve delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
  • Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification - Mandatory.
  • Experience leading SAFe Agile Transformations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing SAFe Framework and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Strong experience with PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Agile Coaching.
  • Experience coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams.
  • Agile maturity assessment, metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
