Job description
- Lead SAFe transformation across multiple Agile teams.
- Set up Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and team structures.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineering teams.
- Facilitate PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
- Improve delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification - Mandatory.
- Experience leading SAFe Agile Transformations.
- Hands-on experience implementing SAFe Framework and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Strong experience with PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Agile Coaching.
- Experience coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams.
- Agile maturity assessment, metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
