Systems Analyst II

The Systems Analyst II supports requirements development, system analysis, impact assessment, documentation, and integration coordination for a mission-critical enterprise system operating in a regulated federal environment.

This role ensures that system enhancements and changes are properly defined, traceable, and aligned with operational and technical requirements across multiple system interfaces and workflows., * Identify business process improvement opportunities and recommend system changes.

• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility analysis, and impact analysis for adaptive maintenance requests.
• Develop and document SMART requirements for approved change requests.
• Develop test scripts associated with requirements and change requests.
• Support updating system documentation (SRS, SAD, BIA, CP, user guides, and related materials).
• Support coordination of system change requirements and interface impacts.
• Support transition-related activities including knowledge transfer and migration planning.
• Assist in tracking system dependencies, risks, issues, and schedules.
• Support coordination of testing activities and validation of system changes.
• Contribute to lifecycle documentation updates associated with system changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis.
• Experience developing requirements documentation and impact assessments.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems with multiple integrations.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.

• Experience in federal or regulated IT environments.
• Experience supporting structured change management processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise ALM tools.
• Experience with workflow-based or document-driven systems.
