Tech Support Agent

We are looking for a motivated IT Technician or Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a full-time, flexible position (30-40 hours per week) providing IT support to business customers and their end users.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in IT. No prior professional experience is required - just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Location: Alliance, NE, * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of computers and technology
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license (for occasional onsite work - mileage compensated)

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Any hands-on IT experience (personal, school, or work-related)
• Familiarity with Windows, networking basics, or Microsoft 365
