Senior Implementation Specialist (Microsoft 365 & Azure)

Nuvollo is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead complex infrastructure and cloud deployments across client environments.This is a client-facing, senior technical role focused on designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact projects, resolve advanced technical issues, and elevate overall service quality., * Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex escalations

• Design and implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions
• Configure and manage:
• Azure infrastructure and virtual machines
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Identity & access (Azure AD, authentication, security controls)
• Administer Windows Server environments:
• Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, replication, RDS
• Manage infrastructure:
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Storage (SAN/NAS), backup, disaster recovery
• Implement security and compliance tools (Microsoft Defender, Purview)
• Troubleshoot system, network, and performance issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
• Provide remote and onsite client support
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Automate tasks using PowerShell
• Mentor junior team members
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 5+ years in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment

• 5+ years hands-on experience with:
• Windows Server (AD, DNS, Group Policy)
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Azure infrastructure
• Experience with:
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure VMs)
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Microsoft security tools (Defender, compliance tools)
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations (BitTitan, Datto, etc.)
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills
• Microsoft 365 or Azure certification (intermediate or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft certifications
• Experience with:
• Linux, SQL, or SAP
• Cisco Duo, SonicWall, Fortinet
• ConnectWise or similar tools
• Bilingual (English / French), * Have you independently led implementation or migration projects (e.g., Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, Azure deployments)?

Experience:

• working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment: 5 years (Preferred)
• administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments: 5 years (Preferred)
