IT Planning Analyst, IT Support

Tesla is looking for an IT Planning Analyst to improve the way Tesla operates. This role includes gathering and understanding requirements related to projects, services, and software in order to ensure purchases follow process, and are aligned with financial planning and within the business forecast. A successful employee at Tesla must be able to fill a variety of roles and this one is no different. You must be able to switch between: Project Coordinator, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Process/Policy writer. What You’ll Do

• Play an instrumental role in a developing comprehensive and forward-looking plan for IT investments by project, team and geography
• Submission of IT related purchase requests globally
• Provide basic analysis and summary reports using multiple data points
• Track the delivery and receipt of new and existing equipment
• Liaise with internal customers to capture requirements
• Present and then implement solutions for any process gaps or inefficiencies found
• Document and continually refine processes -continuous improvement- to ensure the best results in a constantly evolving landscape

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, * Minimum 2 or more years of experience in Analysis, Purchasing, Accounts Payable

• Moderately proficient in Excel
• Attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Motivated, self-starter, with excellent multi-tasking skills

Expected Compensation $86,400 - $243,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
