Job description

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory integrity within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation activities, location audits, and physical inventory processes while maintaining compliance with warehouse procedures, material handling requirements, and system transaction accuracy., * Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and support inventory reconciliation efforts.
  • Execute accurate inventory transactions within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
  • Conduct location audits, bin validations, and inventory accuracy checks.
  • Assist with physical inventory activities, including wall-to-wall counts and customer audits.
  • Follow material handling, labeling, traceability, and inventory control procedures.
  • Execute inventory movements accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Support operational accuracy by identifying and correcting inventory issues.
  • Operate manual and powered material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse operations?, * Minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to operate material handling equipment safely.

Language Requirements

  • English proficiency is required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
  • All training and safety instructions will be conducted in English.
