Auto Glass Administrative Coordinator at Morgan Remote Services

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling auto glass services
• Coordinate and schedule repair/replacement appointments
• Process insurance claims and verify coverage
• Communicate with insurance companies, vendors, and customers
• Prepare work orders, invoices, and documentation
• Track job progress and update customers regularly
• Maintain accurate records in company systems
• Support technicians with job logistics and parts ordering
• Assist with general office administrative tasks
