Application Coordinator

Auto Market of Florida is looking for an organized and dependable Application Coordinator to assist customers throughout the vehicle financing application process. This position is responsible for reviewing incoming applications, contacting customers, collecting required documents, and keeping applicants informed about their next steps.

The ideal candidate communicates well, follows up consistently, stays organized, and is comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming vehicle financing applications
• Contact applicants promptly by phone, text, and email
• Explain application requirements and next steps clearly
• Collect required documents, including proof of income, identification, and proof of address
• Verify that applications are complete and accurate
• Enter and update customer information in the dealership’s system
• Follow up with customers who have incomplete applications or missing documents
• Schedule qualified applicants for dealership appointments
• Maintain accurate notes of all customer communication
• Work with the sales and underwriting teams to move applications forward
• Protect customers’ personal and financial information
• Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service
• Perform other related office and customer-service duties as needed

• Customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple applications at once
• Dependable and consistent with customer follow-up
• Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, email, and customer-management systems
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly
• Professional, patient, and helpful with customers
• Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• Automotive or financing experience is helpful but not required

We need someone who takes initiative and understands the importance of following up. This person should be comfortable guiding customers through the application process, requesting missing information, and helping each applicant reach the next step as efficiently as possible.
