Genomic Epidemiology (GE) and Advanced Molecular Diagnostic: and IT Consultant-Contract

Do you have experience in SQL?, The candidate will need to demonstrate working, applied knowledge with laboratory information systems, communicable disease surveillance systems, IT infrastructure options such as SQL and Linux computing platforms, standard AMD software and packages, and data security and interoperability standards.

This position will require successfully eliciting needs and ideas from a variety of staff including laboratory technicians, informatics staff, disease surveillance staff, IT staff, and others. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work independently and develop positive rapport with staff at analyst and executive levels.
