Job description

Seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in Genomic Epidemiology (GE) and Advanced Molecular Diagnostics (AMD) to assess current data-sharing systems and develop a strategic roadmap and implementation plan., * Evaluate existing lab and epidemiology data systems

  • Develop roadmap and implementation strategy
  • Collaborate with lab, IT, and public health teams
  • Recommend solutions for data integration, security, and interoperability

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Experience in GE and AMD

  • Knowledge of LIS, disease surveillance systems
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Linux, and AMD tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
