PM/NOC Nurse

We are seeking energetic professionals who are committed to elevating patient outcomes through dedicated nursing practices and collaborative teamwork., * Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine individual care needs.

• Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following strict protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, wound suturing, and sterile processing with precision and aseptic technique.
• Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth to maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection/processing, medical imaging coordination, and diagnostic testing such as spinal taps or cardiac catheterization.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia (including Alzheimer’s and memory care), behavioral health needs, or those requiring hospice or palliative care.
• Support emergency response efforts by managing airway management, ventilator use, acute pain management, and triage in high-pressure environments such as Level I Trauma Centers or ICU settings.

Do you have experience in Medication administration?, * Must have an active LVN or RN license in the state of California, * Valid LVN or RN license with current state certification; additional certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

• Demonstrated experience working in diverse healthcare environments including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), or nursing homes.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth; familiarity with ICD-9/10 coding and CPT coding is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology to support accurate patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Experience in specialized areas such as critical care (Level II trauma centers), infectious disease care, geriatrics (senior care), or home & community health is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages-including children from neonatal to toddler care-and those with disabilities or complex medical conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providing health coaching or education to patients and families.
