Job description

Maintain and optimize data collection and sharing processes.
Develop SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards to support business intelligence.
Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server Clusters and Power BI Report Server.
Monitor and optimize SQL Server performance.
Design and develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and customers to define and refine requirements.
Assist in system analysis and application design efforts.
Ensure adherence to database standards, best practices, and security policies.
Participate in JIRA-based team development processes.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Expert-level experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI.
Strong expertise in T-SQL development (stored procedures, views, functions).
Hands-on experience in SQL performance tuning and optimization.
Experience developing and maintaining complex reports and dashboards.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues efficiently.
Strong communication skills to interact with system administrators, developers, and stakeholders.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
Knowledge of data access performance tuning and database performance optimization.
Familiarity with data transport protocols (e.g., SFTP, XML, JDXDML).
Experience with Case Management data and/or Justice System data.
Understanding of Application Development Lifecycle and documentation best practices.
Basic knowledge of networking principles and system resource analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
