Job description
The AI Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AI-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, developing scalable AI models, and ensuring seamless deployment into existing systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with expertise in AI, machine learning, and manufacturing processes., * Opportunity Identification: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, quality, or cost-effectiveness.
- Solution Development: Design and develop AI models, including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and computer vision systems, tailored to manufacturing needs.
- Integration: Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing manufacturing systems, such as automation tools, IoT devices, and ERP platforms.
- Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets from manufacturing equipment and sensors to support AI model training.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure AI solutions are reliable, accurate, and compatible with production environments.
- Training and Support: Train staff on AI tools and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize AI systems to maintain high performance and adapt to changing manufacturing requirements.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure AI implementations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
Do you have a valid AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty certification?, Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. resident or through a permanent U.S. visa (e.g. Permanent Resident/Green Card.-, + 3+ years of experience in AI or machine learning development.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven track record of integrating AI solutions into operational systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., SCADA, MES, PLCs).
- Familiarity with IoT, robotics, or computer vision applications.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and database management.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred Certifications: AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning).
