IT Business Systems Analyst Lead (Remote)(Fulltime)

Do you have experience in Web services?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, o Bachelor’s degree preferred in a health-related field, business, computer science, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

o 10 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field, with three (3) of those years in the healthcare industry; OR any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

o Proficient with documenting logical diagrams, flows and any other type of documentation to make consumers assimilate as-is and to-be knowledge.

o Familiar with advanced IT concepts, IT policies, service-oriented architecture, and web services.

o Knowledgeable designer of Intranet and/or web-based systems.

o Good understanding & experience with relational databases & SQL.

o Enhanced knowledge of database structure and design.

o Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, change management, and SCRUM/Agile processes.

o Proficiency using Microsoft-based technologies, including Microsoft Office.

o Experience working with application lifecycle or test management tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
