Lead Business Systems Analyst (Contract-To-Hire) (Remote)

Do you have experience in Workers’ compensation law?, * Experience working within Workers’ Compensation systems and similar insurance domain

• Strong Agile background, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and close collaboration with engineering teams
• Proven ability to lead projects and independently drive requirements gathering from business stakeholders
• Ability to think holistically, connect systems and processes, and manage work through the full lifecycle
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent documentation skills
• Confidence to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and clarify ambiguous requirements
• High ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate without constant direction

This role is intended for someone who can function as both a strategic partner to the business and a hands-on lead BSA driving delivery.

$75 - $88 an hour - Full-time, Contract
