Design Engineer

• Analyzing project specifications to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Developing control system wiring and logic diagrams via AutoCAD.
• Programming various PLCs and interface screens for control processes, mainly leveraging Allen Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix systems, with options for different processors.
• Implementing combustion control algorithms using loop controllers such as Siemens 353s, Preferred PCCIIIs, and Yokogawa YS1700s.
• SCADA system implementation with platforms like Proficy iFIX and Wonderware.
• Selecting instruments for measuring flow, pressure, and temperature in various applications.
• Providing technical assistance to sales teams.
• Drafting technical documents, training materials, and comprehensive operational manuals.
• Supporting system fabrication and commissioning, which may require local travel and involves testing control panels, overseeing installation, and conducting calibration and safety testing alongside field service experts.
