IT TECHNICIAN - FULL TIME Gadgets Technology

• Troubleshot computers, printers, networks, servers, and other hardware/software issues
• Provide excellent phone and on-site technical support
• Dental software and hardware troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Assist with cybersecurity and client training

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Technical support via phone?, Position Overview This role involves providing both phone, remote access, and on-site technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in phone, remote access, and on-site client support., * Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Requirements

• Please have a minimum of 1 year of phone, remote access, and on-site client support experience
• Please be flexible and available to work some weekends if needed
• Please have a clean, active driver’s license and ID
• Please provide professional references (not personal)
• Relocation assistance is not provided. No remote work available.
• A background check required.

Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
