  • Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives and delivering solutions that make a tangible impact.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in change management and driving innovation.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
