Job description

Design and implement Twilio Flex contact center solutions
Customize Flex UI using React.js and Twilio Flex Plugins
Develop and integrate APIs using Node.js / Python
Configure TaskRouter workflows, queues, and routing logic
Implement voice, SMS, chat, and omnichannel capabilities
Integrate Flex with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
Work on IVR flows using Twilio Studio / Functions
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize call flows

Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on Twilio Flex Developer to design, customize, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Twilio Flex. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CPaaS, contact center workflows, and real-time communication integrations., * Strong experience with Twilio Flex platform

Hands-on with TaskRouter, Twilio Studio, Twilio Functions
Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js
Experience with REST APIs and webhook integrations
Knowledge of IVR, call flows, routing strategies
Familiarity with AWS / Azure cloud environments
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, * Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect)
Knowledge of voice bots (Dialogflow, Lex)
Understanding of CCaaS metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT)
Experience with WebRTC and SIP integrations
