Applications are being accepted for the position of Testing Center Coordinator for our 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa AZ 85201 campus location. School business hours are M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position may require flexible scheduling, including some evenings and Saturday mornings, to accommodate testing schedules., East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is a career technical school that provides high school and adult students with the advanced skills and training needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market. EVIT offers 50 career technical education programs, as well as Associate degrees in Nursing and Surgical Technology. EVIT prepares students for state and national licensing, industry certifications, internships, and the opportunity to earn college credit. EVIT programs are tuition-free for high school students who live within the following school districts: Apache Junction, Cave Creek, Chandler, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Higley, J.O. Combs, Mesa, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Tempe. EVIT offers adult programs that allow adults to improve their current skills or learn new skills. Requirements
Do you have experience in Professional ethics?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, + High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of administrative, customer service, or educational experience.

- Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Card
- Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957
- Be able to obtain test-vendor certifications (e.g., Pearson VUE, CLEP, HiSET) within three months after date of hire.

- Employee assistance program, Position Summary: The Testing Center Coordinator oversees daily operations of the EVIT Testing Center, including scheduling and administering exams, enforcing testing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. The role also provides proctoring services, maintains testing software and equipment, and ensures a secure and accessible testing environment. Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt Salary: $27.10- 33.30 Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education, industry related experience, teaching experience, and certification.
